I'm back online
We're in Milan now, after a winding path through both Italy and Croatia. I'm sorry to have not updated in so long, but when you pack in as much sightseeing as this, you really don't want to be inside typing (particularly at 5 euros an hour!)
I won't try to catch up all at once. We're staying with Patty's friend Valerio, and we have access to his connection for a few days, so I'm going to do this in chunks. Last night we had dinner with Valerio and Elena (another former ATI coworker of Patty's).
This week we'll be seeing Milan, and possibly day trips to Venice or Lake Como.
